I am Eva (Evadney) Hyatt, the founder of the Queen of the Road Foundation, Inc. I am a certified Anti-Human Trafficking Training Consultant and hold additional certifications in Digital Citizenship, Diplomacy, and Human Rights Training & Education.
In my diverse career, I have been a school teacher, a fashion model, a designer and seamstress, an international chef, a realtor, a business owner/operator, and more. Currently, I am an 18-wheeler driver and am working on my first publication, a depiction of the phobia I conquered to discover new vistas that might have remained undiscovered had I not decided to face my fears.
My early life experiences are the driving forces behind the formation of this charitable nonprofit foundation. These experiences have shaped, channeled, and directed my life. They serve as a guiding light that has illuminated my life and kept my eyes open to the plight of others.
I have firsthand experience with poverty, neglect, and abuse. I also understand the psychological impact on individuals who are unaware that they too have the same human rights as others. Looking back, that was my life, and I was not alone.
Just as others were there to assist me in my times of need, Queen of the Road Foundation, Inc. aims to be there to assist others in their times of need. Our goal is to help individuals get on a positive path, where they can see other positive options and routes to continue navigating their life’s journey.
The driving forces behind this organization are to source and find help for others, give back, and pay it forward. I founded Queen of the Road Foundation, Inc. to provide much-needed education, exposure, awareness, and resources to those who are abused, marginalized, neglected, and underserved, especially in communities with limited or no access to mainstream resources.
Ultimately, I envision my foundation as a beacon, a guiding light when life’s path is difficult to find. It should serve as a “Safe Haven” to refuel, recharge, redirect, and refocus when life’s roadways become too challenging to navigate.
